Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Leeton Soldiers Club Ltd to be held on Wednesday 16th October 2024, 7pm.

Election of Directors 2024

Nominations are now open for the election to the Board.

The election of the Board is conducted in accordance with the triennial rule whereby:

The Board is divided into 3 groups, being Groups 1, 2 and 3;

1 Group is elected each year for 3 year terms; This year, the 3 positions in Group 2 are to be elected for a 3 year term. The positions to be elected this year are:

1 x Vice President – 3 year term.

2 x Ordinary Director – 3 year term.

Nomination forms are also available from Club reception.

Nominations are to be lodged in the box provided at club reception by 5.00 pm Tuesday 24th September 2024.
