Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Leeton Soldiers Club Ltd to be held on Wednesday 15th October 2025, 7pm.

Election of Directors 2025

Nominations are now open for the election to the Board.

The election of the Board is conducted in accordance with the triennial rule whereby:

1. The Board is divided into 3 groups, being Groups 1, 2 and 3;
2. 1 Group is elected each year for 3 year terms;
3. There may be additional elections to fill casual vacancies that arose in other groups.

This year, the 3 positions in Group 3 are to be elected for a 3 year term and 1 position in Group 2 are to be elected for the remaining 2 years of that group’s term following casual vacancies that arose in that group since the last Annual General Meeting. The positions to be elected this year are:

1 x Treasurer – Group 3 – 3 year term.
2 x Ordinary Director – Group 3 – 3 year term
1 x Ordinary Director – Group 2 – 2 year term

Nomination forms are available from Club reception or via the website.
Nominations are to be lodged in the box provided at club reception by 5.00pm Tuesday 23rd September 2025.
